Includes a full breakfast and use of the private guest floor with living room, porches, kitchenette
and outdoor spa. A light afternoon or evening meal is available for an additional charge.

Nightly Rate:  $95 plus tax per night for one or two persons in a bedroom with private bath.

Two Night Spa Special Package:  $265 plus tax for two nights and massages for two people.

Includes use of the entire house and covered porch, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and outdoor spa. Does not include meals. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. The maximum occupancy is six people. There is a two night minimum stay.

$10 per night for each additional person.

10% reduction for stays longer then 5 days.

We will stable your horse for $15 per night, per horse. The barn has a large aisleway, wash stall, and four 10 x 12 stalls with corrals.

• Please bring your own feed and hay.
• You must provide proof of a current Coggins test and vaccinations.
• Stabling is only available for guests of the B&B and Guest House. RV accommodations are not available.

To hold a reservation a one-night deposit is required.  Two weeks notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund. There is a 10% service charge for all refunds.  We accept Mastercard, VISA and personal checks.
